Elliot Bersegol is a lawyer at the Paris Bar.
He practises independently and as an associate at the law firm STAS & ASSOCIÉS, working in general criminal law and business crime.
Before joining STAS & ASSOCIÉS in January 2024, he trained at the firm BIDNIC ASSOCIÉS and with judges of the 11th and 32nd criminal chambers of the Paris Judicial Court specialising in economic and financial crime.
Of French and British nationality and bilingual, he advises and defends an international clientele. He is listed on the UK government’s list of English-speaking criminal lawyers in France and on the list maintained by the U.S. Embassy.
